Charlotte’s Web strain cannabis essential oil, extracted into MCT coconut oil as a neutral carrier lipid. Amber in colour, extremely consistent and high quality. Highly sought-after medical product. 32:1 CBD to THC ratio, 10mg CBD for every 0.31mg THC – lowest possible CBD:THC ratio.

Creating an Account

To create an account, you must tick the create account checkbox after filling out your shipping information and provide a unique user name and password. You may also create an account here.

Purchase as a Guest.

 To use the guest checkout feature, you do not need to create a username and password. Just provide your shipping address and provide proof of your age. You can send your proof of age through our handy form or via email ([email protected]).

Payment Instructions

Your order will ship one day after your E-transfer has been received and confirmed. All orders and payments received after 12:00pm will be shipped the next business day. We only ship within Canada.

We treat all refunds on a case by case basis. If your product is defective or incorrect and you want to apply for a credit or refund please contact us at [email protected]t. You must notify us of your intent to return the product within one week after receipt. If you have consumed more than a sampling of the product we will deduct the portion consumed from the refund. Please note that all credits will take 3-5 days to process and we do not cover shipping costs for the returned product.

  1. The postal worker delivered to the wrong mailbox due to an incorrect address or human error.
  2. The postal worker will scan all of their packages to say they were “successfully delivered” and then spends the next 1-2 days delivering them. If you do not receive your package two days after the expected delivery date, please contact.

We do not send packages out with a “signature required” unless requested. If you would like your package to be sent out with a signature required, please include this request in your order notes during the checkout process. We recommend requesting the “signature required” option for your orders to ensure the packages arrive in your hands. “Signature required” means the delivery agent will get the signature and the signatory’s name, then hand the item to the receiver.  If there’s no answer at the door, the delivery agent will leave a Delivery Notice Card in the addressee’s mail receptacle that directs the addressee to the designated post office to pick up the item.

If you would like to request “signature required” for future orders, please include it in your order notes.

We are not responsible for any melted or damaged products during transit. If necessary, please temporarily store products in the fridge after arrival to retain consistency.
